Memory Dump

Hello everyone,

I am using Windows XP Home Edition, which came with my
Sony laptop. When using the Yahoo IM with a Webcam
connected to the Internet I get a memory dump and the blue
screen counts-down.

This has been very consistent despite upgrading my Windows
version by connecting to Microsoft. Has anyone had this
problem? And how did you resolve this??
