Noton cannot repair W32.Blaster. worm .virus??????

I had the Blaster, downloaded everything Microsoft
advosed me to and then ran Norton. Norton detected the
virus but tells me "Delete failed" and "Unable to repair
this file" What do I do now? Thanks
