Can't sign in on Live Messenger

I can't sign in on Live Messenger on my computer from MSNACCOUNT #1
I CAN sign in on Live Messenger using MSNACCOUNT#2
I CAN sign in using Windows Messenger that comes with XP
I tried MSN Web Messenger and it lets me sign in with MSN ACCOUNT #1

I tried using the registry file "remove_msgrsettings.reg" ... and i still
cant sign in with MSNACCOUNT#1 on Live Messenger.

Ive tried uninstalling/reinstalling.. and nothing has worked.

I tried installing Live Messenger on a different computer and signing in
with MSNACCOUNT #1 and it still wont let me sign in.

Is my account corrupt or something?
