I am trying to sign in on windows live messenger but when i do i get the
message 81000314 I have to seperate accounts and neither work .One familey
member account will. thanks

Greetings,

You can also try this.

Go to Start, run, then type "regedit"

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\microsoft\MSNMessenger\ Policies

Delete the key "contacts.msn.com"

Then, try launching Windows Live Messenger again.
