Hibernate Urgent!!!!!

I recentl started to hibernate my computer instead of
turn it off I have an 80gig hard drive. Two weeks sgo the
drive 78% free, now it is 2% free. I ran diskcleanp up
etc. I think it might be from when hibernate save my
current windows status, those files might be building up,
but I can't find the files, please help!!
