Bandwidth problem

When I'm trying to watch tv shows on my computer it says
Streaming Server Connection Warning:
Your viewing experience may be less than optimal because your bandwidth
appears to be below 500 Kbps.
How do I fix this problem so that all the videos that I watch don't always
freeze and take like a minute to start up again?

Sounds like you need a faster connection.
