Computer Running Slower

For the past 4 weeks my computer is running slower
weather on the web,outlook or internal systems. I have
85% free space on the harddrive,performed defrag,dumped
temporary files.The Disk Clean-up program does not
function.

William, check for Virus, Trojan and Spyware. Go to www.google.com
type Virus Checker. Also, download
Adaware by Lava soft.

Run an updated virus scan.
Or Scan for Viruses online:

Run Disk Cleanup checking all boxes except "Compress old files"
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Clean-up
Run Defrag.
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Defragmenter
If you have file sharing software such as Kazaa, disable it.
