When computer is turned on a screen comes up saying:
"System has recovered from serious error.
Log has been created
TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS ERROR
We have created an error report that you cn send to help
us improve Microsoft Windows. We will treat this report
as confidential and annonoymous."

When I click "Send Report" I get a message which
says "Before you can send this report please connect to
the internet."
When I click OK on screen the message disappears. When I
connect to internet there is no message box to report
error.
When trying to see the error report (another screen) these
two lines came up:
BCCode: a BCP1: F23FAFFC BCP2: 00000002
BCP:804F A260 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP: 1_0 product:768_1
This might help you. I think the disk needs cleaning up,
but I have scheduled the task of cleaning up disk several
weeks ago and it does not respond. HELP
My computer is not responding as well since I installed
Aol 9.0. I don't know if that is part of problem or a
different problem. Computer and Windows XP were new in
May 2003. Thank you, Wanda

Wanda, try a very good Utility. System Mechanic. It cleans all your
unwanted files and the Registry. You can use it free
for 30 days. www.iolo.com Also, check here for info regarding AOL 9.
