mis.exe process hogging up CPU time

is anyone familiar with the program mis.exe? i am not
sure what it is, but it takes up practically all of my
CPU time, even when i have no other programs running on
the taskbar (between 60 to 99% CPU!). needless to say,
it's slowing everything else as well. would i cause a
serious problem if i just kill the process?

Do you use Microsoft Money? It is used in relation to background
downloading of information in MS Money.
