Outlook Express Help

Since around the time of the Blaster Worm I have been
unable to receive email through Outlook Express on my
desktop (it does work when I access my email via the
internet). Yesterday it began to work. I can now receive
email, but whenever I open Outlook Express it sends
messages that have already been sent. There are currently
3 messages 'trapped' in my Outbox. I cannot delete them
or remove them in any way. I've had to write apologies to
the recipients because they receive these same
messages over and over again flooding their email. Every
time I open or close Outlook Express it says 'error' and
a box pops up but it doesn't give any info about the
error. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
