Window will not resize, no options anywhere!

HI, I am recording a song in my Adobe Audition program and I go to add
a program to edit the wav file, called Antares Autone and it is way too
big. It won't let me resize it no matter what I do. I tried everything,
Alt+spacebar, s and m, haha, tiling from taskbar, every known tip given
over the Net, restore Windows default in registry, everything. By the
way there is no option that says maximize, minimize, when I hit
Alt+spacebar, strange.

Anyway, what can I do to resize this window, so I can work with it.
Your help will have to be something different than usually given, as
this is not a normal window, OK>thank for listening, hope you can

You'll have to increase the screen resolution; that's the only way to
make a fixed window fit the screen.
