I have a Canon PIXMA printer. All the ink cartridges (black and 3 colours)
have been replaced but the printer doesn't recognise the pink colour and
sometimes the blue. Yellow works. I have never had a problem before could it
be the new cartridges? I have done the print test, cleaned the heads etc etc.
Help would be appreciated Ta Louise

What did the print test show - were the Cyan and Magenta colors printed
there?? How many times did you run the Deep Cleaning? At least 8-10
times? That's what Canon told one of my customers - and it fixed the
problem....
