Hi
I have been having problems with Pinnacle Systems software so I uninstalled
it as my computer kept crashing. The Support at Pinnacle suggest that I use
ccleaner now to get rid of anything left behind. Has anyone heard of this
product and if so is it any good?
Thanks

I use CCleaner daily and find it to
be an easy way to eliminate clutter.
I don't know if it will delete your left
over Pinnacle files but it's worth a try.
Give it a try...it's free:

I used Studio 8 in the past but finally kicked it into touch after
similar problems to yours.
After uninstalling I used Pinnacle's own utility to remove leftovers -
ftp://ftp.pinnaclesys.de/driver/pc/Regdelete/ver80/RegDelete.exe
Just by the by - I now use Adobe Premiere Elements and since
installing it, it's never crashed or caused me any grief.
