copy hd's

I need to copy Files & Folders, but there are two files
or two folders that are the same, but with different
names. Is there anyway to find them without opening each
one of them?

Im not entirely sure I understand. There are some superb programs for
copying files , or complte hard disks including systems files etc.
Consider, the norton Ghost or the Drive Image.

These might help.

Youcan pick up in Kazaa etc.
