Do you have the Tools tab on your Disk Properties? If so, do you have the
Defragment Now... button?

If so, look for defrag.exe in the C:\WINNT\ServicePackFiles\i386 folder and
copy it to the C:\WINNT\system32 folder.

The Windows folder on your system might be "Windows" instead of "WINNT".
