Unable to install Updates

For some reason I am Win XP is unable to install security updates
downloaded through automatic updates. Has anyone else had this problem
and, if so, can you tell me what to do? Thanks, Ray Holt

Could you post the Error Code? If you go to Windows/Microsoft Update, click
on "Review you update history" and click on the Failed Icon you should be
able to get the failed error code. I would also suggest you post this
information along with what updates cannot be installed to the Windows
Update newsgroup for better assistance. The news group is located here if
you are using a newsreader:

msnews://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsupdate
