system restore

After transferring my data from one hard drive to a
larger hard drive (HP Computer), the system restore
application was apparently deleted. When I try to open
the application, it wants me to send the error msg to MS
(did that). It says "a problem..... to run a dll as an
application". I tried to reinstall the system restore,
but it told me I needed SP1. SP1 has already been
installed on my computer. Is there any place I can find
the system restore application to reinstall it? Or any
other options.
