Whilst checking my registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE
for an item, I came across an entry entitled "mirosoft"
directly underneath the "microsoft" folder. I then did a
Search via Explorer using the criteria "mirosoft" but the
search came up blank. My laptop, which is networked with
this computer, does not show that entry. Does anyone know
what this is, or what I should do with it? All searches
through spyware databases, search engines, etc. have also
come up blank.

Many thanks....
Annie

If you feel that the entry is useless, you can export it from File >
Export in REGEDIT.EXE and then delete it. If problems arise you can
undo this change by double-clicking the REG file.
