Are you sure it is froze? I updated mine the other day
and it took for ever, but finally installed. Even at
work with XP Professional and connected over a T1, the
install has been taking forever. I am updating two
laptops as we speak and it has taken almost three hours
to get them completely updated.
The download does not take long, but the install is
dragging very slow.
