After downloading and installing the latest Windows
updates (with the auto update), my system has been
extremely slow on startup and there is now a very
loud "Chirp" noise every time a while after the Windows
startup sound plays.
Was there a bad update recently and can I take them off of
my computer without affecting my other programs?
