Messge that my video card or its driver is not compatible with WXP

Hello!
Windows XP MCE shows a messge that my video card or its driver is not
compatible with the Windows XP MCE when I click the MCE Green Start button,
after clicking the OK button in the message window, the Windows XP MCE does
show the MCE (TV) screen. How is my Windows XP MCE usage limited then? How to
prevent the message? My video card is an ATI All-in-Wonder 128 with a TV
tuner. The latest driver is installed.
