I have been using WLM v8.0.0812.00 in XPPro/SP2 with Office 2003 and have an
independent list of Contacts in WLM. I just bought Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000
and this has installed another copy of WLM v8.0.0812.00 without any Contacts
in an unspecified location which is invoked when pressing the Windows Live
Call Button on top. Can I consolidate these two or copy contacts from the
populated one to the empty one and then delete the former? All constructive
comments welcome.
It has to be said that this device comes in a lovely glossy red box with
lots of multilingual marketing stuff all over it, saying what you COULD do
with it if only you could find out HOW, but MINIMAL instructions!!
