My computer running Windows XP will not shut down, It
simply keeps restarting itself. Another issue it is
having, is from time to time it will just shut off,
unannounced and then try to reboot itself and after 2
seconds of rebooting shuts itself off again. It will do
this for hours on end, turning off and on, and off and
on. Only when I unplug it and let is sit for a few
minutes will it finally boot up completely. Any ideas
guys?? I am lost. Thanks for your help
