Google video won't download

I am trying to download a Google video but every time I go to do this I get a
pop up Microsoft 'error'message, 'needs to close' message during the process
and after I deal with that by saying yes or no to whether I want to send an
error report message or not the download process disappears.

I have installed the relevant necessaries to enable the video to download.

Can anyone help please?
