error message

After I downloaded the new updates, I was in the
process of sending an e-mail when an error message
popped up on my screen. It was one i had never seen
before. It was from ..( SahAgent.exe ) telling me an
error had occurred and needed to shut down. I clicked on
ok and the message left but nothing happened. I wanted
to know if you might know where that message came from.
I would appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you.
