SmartBridge Alerts:

When turning on my laptop, the following appears :-

'SmartBridge Alerts:BT HelpNotifier.exe.Entry Point Not Found'

'The Procedure entry Point Get Processing Image File Name W Could not be
located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL'

Question(s)
1) What does this mean, 2) Is it affecting any operating systems, 3) How can
the message be removed.
Finally , how do I run a maintainance check to 'clean things up'

Any help will be appreciated

If you installed IE7 recently you might want to take a look at
this article.

You have two options, uninstall IE7, or rename every copy you
find of PSAPI.DLL that is not in your C:\WINDOWS\System32
folder or one of its sub-folders. Leave any copies of PSAPI.DLL
that are version 5.1.2600.2180 alone. Do not rename the copy in
the System32 folder.

You might want to take a look in the Internet Explorer General
group to see if anyone there is experiencing the same problem.

the same has happened to me cause bt say ie7 is not compatable with their
software u have to use ie6
