MCSHIELD.EXE Consumes 100% CPU Slow computer

Open security center (Mcaffe) and click on viruscan.
Click configure. click the advanced button. Select the
Wormstopper tab and disabe it. Click on the Scriptstopper
tab and disable it. The McAffe site gives this fix.

hey guys, all of a sudden, i've developed a problem. i'd like to stop mcshield.exe from running as well but i have McAfee Enterprise 7.0 and the instructions below don't help me. PLEASE say someone k nows how to disable it without uninstalling VirusScan McAfee Enterprise 7.0
i'll keep my fingers crossed... please help!
