Restore cd

Can anyone tell me were i can download a copy of a Restore CD for EISystem Laptop 4405, as i need to fix the drivers for it and i can't find a site anywere that has the Restore cd or Drivers for "Video Controller [vga compatable, Universal Seriel Bus (usb)Controller, Pci Modem, Multimedia Audio Controller, and SM Bus Controller] as these are all flagging up with yellow icons next to them...Please can anyone help me, Thanks in Advance
