Remote assistance connection could not be made....someone please h

Can someone help. I'm trying to establish a remote connection with a family
member. I can set up remote assistance with my wife's computer and both her
computer and mine work. But when I try to connect to my family member it says
"remote host name could not be resolved". He just got AT&T DSL and they gave
him a wireless High speed modem (2wire). Is it safe to say it's his system
since mine works? What should we try? I've been reading in previous threads
about enabling UPnP and port 3389. How do I do that?

Remote assistance does not work well over the internet due to network
address translation. There is nothing wrong with either of your systems....
