I'm having a reboot or black screen problem with my homebuilt PC.
When using google earth in particular the PC may reboot and the
event viewer gives a message"12C return failed." I have an ABIT
X700 pcie video card on an ASUS P5GD1 MB. Running XP PRO.
Can anyone tell me what this message means and could my video
card be bad? Any help will be appreciated.
