Have a HP Pavilion notebook, ze 4230 1.83 Ghz, 512 ram and plenty of HDD 40
GB plus a 250GB external. XP Home, SP2. System is quite tweaked.
With iTunes 6.0 all seemed fine.
Upgraded to iTunes 7.0, mainly to obtain some new TV shows, then reverted
due to my inability to view video without choppiness, and went back to 7.0.2
on advice of Apple folks.
I use iTunes 7.0.2 ONLY for viewing downloaded TV shows, "m4v" files. And
since upgrading have lost my ability to view a well synced audio with video.
The TV shows, especially the new ones downloaded, since they only play on
iTunes 7.x, are choppy and can not be viewed full screen at all. I can only
view the shows now in the smallest of screens without choppiness.
Any suggestions will be welcomed. Reverting to iTunes 6 will not help as new
downloads will not play in older iTunes.
Apple email support is virtually nonexistent.
How else can I play/ view these "m4v" files?
Cordially,
Robert
