Windows Popup, REMOVE PLEASE !

Ok, I sincerily hope someone can help me here. A friend of mine have the same
problem, and for him it dissapeared with time. But on my fathers computer it
has not. So the problem is that when Windows starts, you enter Windows XP.
The programs loads in, MSN, Norton etc etc. You all know the drill, what ALSO
loads in is c:/Program folder. And a folder-window with that appears on the
screen that i have to close every single time i log in. It is not that huge
of a problem as it is not destroying the computer, but it is however a large
annoyance which i hope someone out there knows how to deal with.

Try this out: Go to Start>Run> and type in "msconfig". Go to the startup tab
and deselect anything you don't want starting when you turn on the PC. Hope
this helps.

Have tried that. Found nothing that seemed to be what i am looking for.
Meaning a command that only orders c:/program to open.
