Open IE
Click on Tools
Click on Options
Click on Content
Click the AutoComplete > Settings button
Untick the options (or has IE6 got a delete button?) and click apply

With IE7 it is under the General tab.

You can also highlight them with an arrow button and delete them by pressing
the delete button if you'd like.

In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, Content tab, AutoComplete button,
delete forms (IE6). In IE7 general tab, delete button, delete forms.
