I use Window XP Pro on a 650 Precision Dell
Workstation........I have a problem that I am hoping
someone who will recogize, I am pretty sure that to
someone it will be a breeze. The first is that in MS
support page and ONLY on that web site the font is so
ridiculously gigantic that I cannot even read the page, I
mean G I G A N T I C !!! WTH is that all about?...it is
not like that on any other website whatsoever, they think
I am lame and gave me instruction to click view/text
size.....I wish I could explain howthis looks, like the
entire page is 1/4 of one letter....Next problem is with
OE....the stationary does not work, neither can I use and
color font...there are other profiles on my system nd they
all work, I have compared settings and cannot for anything
see why....dang, these are lame, small things that eerrrk
me, especially when I want to use the MS Knowledge Base
and can't. Please
you!!!

An odd problem since all of your other pages are displaying okay...What
browser are you using to view the pages? Try Internet Explorer, the MS
pages usually display as expected in that browser.

Do you have any settings enabled under Internet Options>
Accessibilities? If yes, try clearing those. The obvious is font size
(and/or overriding page settings) but High Contrast settings have been
known to wreak havoc with font display in the past.

This next probably won't help but it won't hurt - try clearing your
browser cache. That will eliminate the slim chance that you are
repeatedly pulling up a cached copy of the page instead getting a fresh
load with proper font sizes.

Finally, someone else experiencing the same problem as me.
I know exactly what you are talking about. I am running WinXP and when I
use either Internet Explorer or MSN to go to the Microsoft Knowledge Base,
the characters are immense. If I choose the smallest text setting I may be
able to see 1 1/2 characters. When choosing the largest text, I'm lucky to
see 3/4 of a character.
This only occurs with IE or MSN. I have gone to the same site using
Netscape and everything is perfectly normal.
I have posted this on several different web groups and so far I have not
received a satisfactory response. Surely someone with MS knowhow can figure
out what is happening, but I am completely stumped and frustrated.
If you get an answer, I'd appreciate an email and I'll try and do the same
as well as post on the group board.
