I assume you mean to install Windows from scratch.
If your PC came with a restore disk or has a restore partition (sometimes
hidden from view) then check your owners manual for instructions. The
restore CD or partition will include Windows and the necessary drivers.

If on the other hand you have a Windows XP full product CD or upgrade CD
from Microsoft then see below.
How to do a clean install:

Note: All data files will be lost so make a backup of any important files.
Also locate the driver disk that came with your PC or download the latest
version from the vendor's web site (do not update any drivers using
Microsoft's Update site). Typical drivers are for your video card, sound
card, motherboard, Etc.

Refer to the manual supplied with the machine, or contact the the vendor..
you should have been supplied with the necessary means to 'recover' your
machine..

Bear in mind that you will lose EVERYTHING in the process.. you might want
to save important stuff (anything you have created or downloaded that would
not be recoverable from the internet or any installation media already in
your possession) to CD/DVD or another hard drive..
