Can't open Help and Support

Hi,

I just noticed that I can't open "Help and Support". I
click on start, then the Help and Support link and I can
hear the hard drive doing something for a second but it
doesn't open.

I don't believe I've installed any new drivers but I have
installed a few programs. The problem is that I don't
know how long I've not been able to open Help and Support
so have no idea what might be causing this.

Any ideas?

Hi Will,

Thanks for the link - but no, it didn't help. It said the
registry was checked and is proper.

I get no error when I try to open Help and Support -
nothing happens.

Any other ideas?

I think it probably happened when installing one of many
MS updates.

Go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -regserver
