Outlook doesn't retain password

I recreated my mail profile as well as followed the
instructions in the following MS KnowledgeBase article.

None of these two things helped/ Every time i check the
email i have to enter passwords for all my email accounts.

Any idea as to how i can fix this.

Lots of crossposts but none of them right. How about an Outlook
newsgroup? Or is it Outlook Express?
