compatiblity & PP

[Help]

I recently purchased some software that requires windows
3.1 or above. Is this compatable with windows XP?

Also, I have microsoft office home edition. I need
power point. I have a CD for microsoft office student
edition with power point for windows 98. Can I install
this or do I need software for power point for windows XP,
and is this availible?

It depends what your software is - if it says 3.1 or above chances are it is
fairly old and you might run into problems with W XP. I don't think you
will have any problem with Office fro W98 and, if it includes PP, that
should work too without you having to buy it separately.
