After installing Explorer 7 I am unable to drag and drop existing favoites
into a favoites folder or move a favoite to another position. Help

You might try the IE7 group for your question on Favorites.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.internetexplorer. general

Well Alan I can drag and drop! There is also a reference in
IE7 Help to the process.
