I have just started getting this message at start-up.
Does anyone know what it may be.

"6d0: qttask.exe. There is no disk in the drive. Please
insert disk into drive/Device/Hardisk/DR3."

I have searched for qttask.exe and nothing is found.

Any help appreciated.

You might find an entry in msconfig about QuickTask.
If so, try unselecting it.
Start>Run msconfig
