Video problems

Hi, I just restarted my computer by reinstalling Windows XP for the 3rd time
because my computer was unbelievably slow and videos would always freeze
momentarily, and now internet explorer is pretty slow and I always end up
having to quit out of it and go back all the time and videos on sites like
youtube are sometimes not loading or freezing. I don't know what's wrong,
either my internet explorer or my Windows media player is acting weird.
Please Help!

How are you reinstalling xp,thru windows explorer....Thats not good at all,
to reinstall,boot to xp cd,select install xp,new copy,delete the partition
(xp)
create one,then xp formats & does a clean install..
