Running windows xp. Connect to my ISP but get a msg that says web page is
unavailable. When I go to internet options, general my default home page
setting is greyed out and cannot be edited. Is there a security setting in
xp that I'm not aware of? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Get "SPYBOT" or "AD-AWARE" from searching the internet for the programs.

What you have is a tracking cookie hiding on your system.

Both programs work as well as each other!
