recycle bin icon missing

[Franklin]

I went to restore a file I deleted and found the recycle
bin icon missing. I can not locate it in windows explorer
either or find anything in search. Any help would be
appreciated.

Try this... Control Panel-Display-Desktop tab-"Customize Desktop" button in
lower left. In next dialog box, scroll to the two recycle bins, highlight
one of them, then click on "Restore default" underneath. Hope this gets it
back.
