Restricting LAN use

I am looking for a way to restrict functions and contacts users are able to
add/use with windows messanger within our buisness during office hours. Is
there an addon or program that can work with AD to restrict things by user?

Greetings,

There's some GPOs within Windows Messenger and Office Communicator to block a few features,
but this doesn't carry over to Windows Live Messenger or MSN Messenger.
