View Full Version : Moving the Movie Maker Project folder

If there a way to move the .MSWMM file and supporting .avi files with the
source video
to a new location?
My original location has run out of room, and I purchased new drive for
video editing,
but upon opening the .MSWMM project files, it appears to be looking back to
the old folder for the supporting .avi files for collection content.
Any way to point the .MSWMM project files to the new folder?

Are you seeing Red Xs? If you right click
them you may be able to Browse to the
new location of the source files.
Maybe the "Manage Your Files" section
of the following site will answer your questions.
MovieMaker 2 - PhotoStory 3

You're welcome.
Thanks for the update.
BTW...when posting in newsgroups...
to prevent unwanted spam... it would
be a good idea to alter your return
e-mail address.
