Every time I start the program a small window opens with the following
message: W.M.M. has encountered a problem and need to close. Something I do
by sending an Error report everytime I try to open the program. I am stuck
and do not know what to do next. PS: I have never used it before and has no
movie saved on the disk.

Thanks John for your comment, I am not sure what you mean by a program called
IE7 but I did installed a program called Dazzle by Pinnacle Instant DVD
recorder (to transfer old analogue tapes) as I could not do it with Windows
Movie Makers who was working but not been used. I will remove this program
and try again but what is IE7???
Thanks or your help
