View Full Version : Can you record a windows movie maker on dvd?

I have tried and tried, it gives you the option, but when the create a dvd
screen pops up, it is grayed out, so I can not record it???? I want to give
this to the inlaws who are out of state for xmas as a gift of pics of the
kids this year!! Please help!!

Apparently you have the Media Center
Edition of Windows XP? Do you actually
have a DVD burner? Do you have a DVD
blank that is compatible with the burner?

And BTW...the DVD option in the MCE
Edition of Movie Maker has been reportedly
undependable.

I would suggest saving your project in a movie
format and using DVD Authoring software
to create the DVD.
