DVD Playback Issues

Hi, whenever I watch a DVD on my laptop, the playback is very choppy. The
visuals and sound are both not smooth. I've attempted this with very many
DVD's so I know that it isn't the condition of the disc, but the drive itself.

If it's still under guarantee, contact the manufacturer and get them to
check the condition of the drive.
