Recover deleted video

How do I recover two or three accidently deleted videos that presumably went
to the Recycle Bin, which was set too small by our computer installer and was
"replaced" by subsequent deletions? Please help!

You can try File Scavenger and see if it's possible, then if the trial
version says it believes the files can be recovered, you can buy it and
recover them. However if the files have been overwritten, it's doubtful
that all of them are still there.
