erunt installed, now what ?

I installed "erunt", but I have no idea, how to use it, should I ever get a
corrupted
registry. What exactly do I have to do ?? double click the ERDNT file ??

Erunt has an overly long readme.txt. The gist is that if you need to
use it, go into the start menu for RUN, then type (with an enter after
each line)

cmd [to get a dos box]
cd\ [to return to a basic c:> prompt]
cd erdnt [changes to c:> erdnt
erdnt
At this point a box will come up asking you if you want things
restored.
